​Empowering young girls to embrace their true worth and identity through love, mentorship, and guidance. We help them see they are much more than the situations they were born into or currently face. Through faith and support, we nurture confidence, resilience, and purpose, leaving every girl with the powerful lesson: “I am enough, IamMore.”
Our Vision
We envision a world where every young girl boldly declares, “I am more than my circumstances. I am enough. IamMore.” We strive to create a future where girls rise with confidence, knowing they are not defined by what they’ve been through, but empowered by who they are becoming. Through God, love, mentorship, and opportunities, we aim to build a generation of strong, purpose-driven young women ready to lead, heal, and thrive.
Meet the Founder
Talecia Stein is the Founder and Executive Director of IamMore Foundation, a nonprofit organization partnered with the Warrior Mentality Youth Mentoring & Enrichment.

Talecia brings over a decade of experience in childhood education. Working in education, Talecia recognized the challenges many girls face in building confidence, accessing opportunities, and having consistent support. Reflecting on her own experiences and the impact of encouragement, mentorship, and faith, she launched IamMore to provide a safe and empowering space for girls.

Talecia leads IamMore with the belief that every girl deserves the chance to embrace her identity, discover her voice, and step boldly into her future.
